Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
The product should not be a final sale or non-returnable item. Please check the product description for any specific return exclusions.
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide the order number, product details, and a brief reason for the return.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or free items that were included with the purchase.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the package before sending it back to us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless there was an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a track able shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note the following:
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
Shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from your refund amount.
In the case of a partial return, where only a portion of the order is being returned, shipping fees will not be refunded.
Damaged or defective products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order. We may request supporting evidence, such as photographs or videos, to validate the claim. Depending on the situation, we will either arrange a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged / defective product.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
